How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Australia wide is free delivery, Express delivery is $15.
How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post Express. There will be no mention of us on the external packaging. For more information, see our shipping page.
Where do you deliver to?
From this store, we deliver to Australia only.
What if I'm not home?
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention us in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted. More Information is available on our Shipping page.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, to Australian P.O. Boxes
Are batteries included?
Some manufacturers include batteries with their product, some do not. Individual product descriptions will indicate if batteries are included.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
